DE PERE, Wis. March 7, 2011–The ROM Group, a strategic sales and marketing firm, has promoted Eric Pedersen to group leader of operations.
Pedersen joined the business almost three years ago as project manager, monitoring projects from start to finish, and determining pricing for services. In addition to these responsibilities, he now leads the production team, shaping and supervising its processes for efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Pedersen has more than 10 years of experience with software and marketing operations including:
- Designing and executing Quality Assurance tests on software projects
- Developing employee manuals
- Creating Sales and Marketing plans
- Software Training
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
He attended Edgewood College in Madison, Wis.
